1. 主 System Prompt 构建器

这是 OpenClaw 最核心的 system prompt 构建器,动态组装所有 prompt 段落。支持三种模式(promptMode):

1.1 身份声明

1.2 Tooling 段落

作用: 列出当前 agent 可用的所有工具及其描述,指导 agent 正确调用工具。

1.3 ACP Harness 路由指导

作用: 当用户说 “do this in codex/claude code/gemini” 时,引导 agent 使用 sessions_spawn 的 ACP 运行时。

For requests like "do this in codex/claude code/gemini", treat it as ACP harness intent
  and call `sessions_spawn` with `runtime: "acp"`.
On Discord, default ACP harness requests to thread-bound persistent sessions
  (`thread: true`, `mode: "session"`) unless the user asks otherwise.
Set `agentId` explicitly unless `acp.defaultAgent` is configured, and do not route ACP
  harness requests through `subagents`/`agents_list` or local PTY exec flows.

1.4 Tool Call Style 段落

1.5 Safety 段落

作用: 核心安全准则,防止 agent 自主追求权力、绕过安全措施。

1.6 Skills 段落(仅 full 模式)

- If exactly one skill clearly applies: read its SKILL.md at <location> with `read`, then follow it.

Constraints: never read more than one skill up front; only read after selecting.

1.12 Sandbox 段落(仅沙箱模式)

1.16 Reply Tags 段落(仅 full 模式)

作用: 教 agent 使用 [[reply_to_current]] 等标签实现原生回复/引用功能。

- [[reply_to_current]] replies to the triggering message.
- Prefer [[reply_to_current]]. Use [[reply_to:<id>]] only when an id was explicitly provided.
Tags are stripped before sending; support depends on the current channel config.

- Reply in current session → automatically routes to the source channel
- Cross-session messaging → use sessions_send(sessionKey, message)
- Sub-agent orchestration → use subagents(action=list|steer|kill)
- Never use exec/curl for provider messaging; OpenClaw handles all routing internally.

- Use `message` for proactive sends + channel actions (polls, reactions, etc.).
- For `action=send`, include `to` and `message`.

1.20 Reasoning Format 段落(条件启用)

作用: 当启用推理标签时,强制 agent 将内部推理放在 <think> 标签中,用户可见回复放在 <final> 标签中。

1.22 Silent Replies 段落(仅 full 模式)

作用: 教 agent 在没有需要说的内容时使用 NO_REPLY token 保持静默。

作用: 教 agent 在收到心跳轮询时回复 HEARTBEAT_OK,除非有需要关注的事项。

作用: 提供当前运行时信息(agent ID、主机、OS、模型、shell、channel 等)和推理级别。

2. Inbound Context 元数据 Prompt

代码位置: src/auto-reply/reply/inbound-meta.ts:45-82 核心函数: buildInboundMetaSystemPrompt(ctx)

作用: 以 JSON 格式注入可信的消息上下文元数据(chat_id, account_id, channel, provider 等),明确区分可信系统元数据与不可信用户输入,防止 prompt injection。

**作用**: 构建不可信的用户上下文前缀,包括:
- Conversation info(message_id, sender_id, timestamp 等)
- Sender info(label, name, username 等)
- Thread starter(线程起始消息)
- Replied message(被引用的消息)
- Forwarded message context(转发消息元数据)
- Chat history since last reply(上次回复后的聊天记录)

所有这些都标记为 **untrusted metadata**。

## 3. Group Chat 上下文 Prompt

**代码位置**: `src/auto-reply/reply/groups.ts:87-151`

### 3.1 `buildGroupChatContext(params)` (行 87-105)

**作用**: 为群聊会话构建持久的群聊上下文块(每轮都包含,不仅是第一轮)。

You are in the group chat "". Participants: . Your replies are automatically sent to this group chat. Do not use the message tool to send to this same group — just reply normally.


### 3.2 `buildGroupIntro(params)` (行 107-151)

**作用**: 构建群聊行为介绍,包括激活模式、静默策略和社交行为指导。

**always-on 模式**:

Activation: always-on (you receive every group message). If no response is needed, reply with exactly “NO_REPLY” (and nothing else). Be extremely selective: reply only when directly addressed or clearly helpful.


**mention 模式**:

Activation: trigger-only (you are invoked only when explicitly mentioned; recent context may be included).


**通用行为指导**:

Be a good group participant: mostly lurk and follow the conversation; reply only when directly addressed or you can add clear value. Write like a human. Avoid Markdown tables. Don’t type literal \n sequences. Address the specific sender noted in the message context.

## 4. Runtime System Events Prompt

**代码位置**: `src/auto-reply/reply/session-updates.ts:16-115`
**核心函数**: `buildQueuedSystemPrompt(params)`

**作用**: 将网关生成的运行时系统事件(cron 触发、节点状态等)注入到 system prompt 中,并标记为可信网关元数据。

过滤逻辑:
- 过滤掉心跳轮询/唤醒噪声
- 过滤掉 "reason periodic" 事件
- 支持 UTC 或用户时区格式化
- 新会话时包含 channel summary

## 5. Commands System Prompt Bundle

**代码位置**: `src/auto-reply/reply/commands-system-prompt.ts:27-136`
**核心函数**: `resolveCommandsSystemPromptBundle(params)`

**作用**: 为命令执行运行组装完整的 system prompt bundle,本质上是调用 `buildAgentSystemPrompt()` 并注入所有必要参数(工具列表、skills、sandbox 信息、TTS 提示等)。

这不是一个独立的 prompt,而是一个**编排层**,负责:
1. 解析 bootstrap 文件和上下文文件
2. 构建 skills 快照
3. 检测沙箱运行时状态
4. 创建工具集
5. 组装运行时信息
6. 调用主 `buildAgentSystemPrompt()` 生成最终 prompt

## 6. Memory Flush Prompt

**代码位置**: `src/auto-reply/reply/memory-flush.ts:13-24`

**作用**: 在会话即将自动压缩前触发,指导 agent 将持久化记忆写入磁盘。

### 6.1 Memory Flush User Prompt

Pre-compaction memory flush. Store durable memories now (use memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md; create memory/ if needed). IMPORTANT: If the file already exists, APPEND new content only and do not overwrite existing entries. If nothing to store, reply with NO_REPLY.

### 6.2 Memory Flush System Prompt

Pre-compaction memory flush turn. The session is near auto-compaction; capture durable memories to disk. You may reply, but usually NO_REPLY is correct.

## 7. OpenResponses Prompt 构建器

**代码位置**: `src/gateway/openresponses-prompt.ts:25-70`
**核心函数**: `buildAgentPrompt(input)`

**作用**: 将 OpenResponses 格式的输入(system/developer/user/assistant/tool 消息数组)转换为 agent 可用的格式。

- 提取 `role: "system"` 和 `role: "developer"` 消息作为 `extraSystemPrompt`
- 将 user/assistant/tool 消息转换为对话条目
- 返回 `{ message, extraSystemPrompt }` 供主 prompt 构建器使用

这是一个**格式转换层**,不直接包含 prompt 内容,但负责将外部 system prompt 传递到主构建器。

## 8. Conversation 转 Agent Message

**代码位置**: `src/gateway/agent-prompt.ts:21-56`
**核心函数**: `buildAgentMessageFromConversationEntries(entries)`

**作用**: 将对话历史条目转换为 agent 消息格式,识别最后一条 user/tool 消息作为"当前消息",其余作为历史上下文。

这也是一个**格式转换层**,不包含直接的 prompt 内容。

## 9. OpenProse VM System Prompt

**代码位置**: `extensions/open-prose/skills/prose/guidance/system-prompt.md` (全文)

**作用**: 为专用的 OpenProse 执行实例提供严格的 system prompt 约束。将 agent 实例限制为**仅能执行 `.prose` 程序**的虚拟机。

核心声明:

⚠️ CRITICAL: THIS INSTANCE IS DEDICATED TO OPENPROSE EXECUTION ONLY ⚠️

You are not simulating a virtual machine — you ARE the OpenProse VM.

  • Your conversation history = The VM’s working memory
  • Your Task tool calls = The VM’s instruction execution
  • Your state tracking = The VM’s execution trace
  • Your judgment on **...** = The VM’s intelligent evaluation

包含的关键指导:
- **执行模型**: session = Task tool call,context by reference,parallel spawning
- **状态管理**: 文件系统状态 `.prose/runs/{id}/`
